There are some weird choices, but the lesbian's list is FAR better than Maxim's.
thats so true...women in general have better taste on women...even if they are straight...my mum always said she doesn't care if she says a girl is hot...she knows shes not gay but she can appreciate beauty and call it that without being self cautious of what otheres might say....perhaps this is why I am gay....or could it be the rainbow sox I wore everyday for the 3rd and 4th year of my life on this planet...we may never know....

All I have to say about this list is that it is bogus...I would cuss at this point but I don't know if that is allowed on here.Any list of hot women that doesn't have GINA GERSHON on it is total bullshit..(OOOOPPPPSSS!)
I might also add that I had no idea who several of the women were.It would have been nice if they had put a caption with all of them so we could figure out who they are.
Yen...I feel your pain...here's the thing, the popularity of AfterEllen has grown to such an extent that the average age of it's membership is obviously MUCH MUCH younger than last year. Also, there was much more lesbian/bi women representation in the entertainment world this past year. Although, mostly younger than 30. Last year's list had far more women over 40 than this year...and this year's list had far more women under 30 than last year (under 25 even). And then taking up a few spots on the list...like at least 5...were several AfterEllen Vloggers. All of which leaves little room for ladies like Gina. Now, the heterosexual population is probably scratching their collective head over the list this year...along with all the queer women who generally don't spend time on pop culture websites.
