This policy is beyond repulsive..to charge a woman any amount of money to run a rape kit just boggles the mind...do these idiots also charge for the follow up counseling? This policy could scare women away from even going in if they can't afford the bill for this...unbelievable..

I'd heard this on some chat show --disgusting is too polite. The woman is beyond scary manipulative. At first I thought it was the Rove machine at work, then I kept reading more and more about the whacked out things she's gotten away with in Alaska. Be afraid. Very afraid.
